Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is helping a fast-moving consumer goods organisation in Huntingdon to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join the People & Culture team. You will act as a key contact for managers and employees, provide expert HR guidance, support employee relations and help deliver the people strategy.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, manage absence, oversee policy updates, maintain employee records and deliver KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• CIPD Level 3 or working towards it.
• Strong employee relations experience across routine and complex cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional HR advisory service across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on HR policies and people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations caseload with compliant solutions.
• Maintain HR records, respond to queries, and manage absence.
• Provide KPI reports and contribute to HR projects.
