Mossbourne Federation is seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive HR advisory support across our federation of academies. You will assist leaders with employee relations, attendance management, recruitment, and the application of employment law and federation policies.

The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and alignment with our values while contributing to an effective people strategy. Hybrids and flexible working are offered where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR advisory support to managers and leaders.

• Ability to manage absence, ER issues and recruitment processes.

Mossbourne Federation is the realisation of Sir Clive Bourne's dream to provide the children of Hackney with an outstanding education. • Mossbourne Community Academy (MCA) secondary and sixth form, Hackney

• Mossbourne Fobbing Academy (MFA) secondary and sixth form, Thurrock

• Mossbourne Herd Lane Academy (MHLA) primary, Thurrock

• Mossbourne Parkside Academy (MPA) primary, Hackney

• Mossbourne Port Side Academy (MPSA) secondary, Thurrock

• Mossbourne Riverside Academy (MRA) primary, Hackney

• Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy (MVPA) secondary, Hackney

As an HR Advisor you will be part of a team who provide a professional, proactive and customer-focused HR advisory service across the Federation. The HR Advisor will support leaders and managers with employee relations, attendance management, recruitment, organisational change and the application of employment law and Federation policies.

The postholder will help ensure that HR practices are legally compliant, consistent and aligned with the Federation's values while contributing to the delivery of an effective people strategy.
