c£33,000 - Remote (1/2 days a month in York)

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Advisor to join a fantastic charity providing services to children and their families.

Accountabilities
  • Supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations cases
  • Delivering learning and development initiatives
  • Assisting with corporate inductions
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with policy development
  • Working on employee engagement and EDI initiatives
  • Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
Qualifications

You should be an immediately available HR Advisor with a strong HR Generalist skill set including experience of advising on employee relations issues. A track record of building strong stakeholder relationships needs to be combined with a good knowledge of HR best practice and experience of working with HR systems. A DBS will be required for this role.
