A company specializing in HR services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Enfield for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting managers with employee relations matters, providing compliant advice, and managing cases such as disciplinary and grievance issues in a fast-paced environment. Were supporting a client who is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an urgent requirement within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will play a hands-on role supporting managers across a wide range of ER matters, providing practical, compliant advice and ensuring cases are managed consistently and effectively.
Taking a proactive role in disciplinary, grievance, sickness, suspension and performance-related cases
Coaching and advising managers on performance management, absence, grievances and attendance
Leading and supporting investigations, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with current legislation
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
Promoting and applying HR best practice that is both compliant and commercially aligned
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience working as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment
