Job summary

A company specializing in HR services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Enfield for a 12-month fixed-term contract. HR Advisor (12-Month FTC) Employee Relations Focus

Location: Enfield (5 days per week on site)

Were supporting a client who is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an urgent requirement within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Role

You will play a hands-on role supporting managers across a wide range of ER matters, providing practical, compliant advice and ensuring cases are managed consistently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Taking a proactive role in disciplinary, grievance, sickness, suspension and performance-related cases

  • Coaching and advising managers on performance management, absence, grievances and attendance

  • Leading and supporting investigations, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with current legislation

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders

  • Promoting and applying HR best practice that is both compliant and commercially aligned

Experience

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience working as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment
