Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Advisor to support our Human Resources department. This role will provide support in various HR functions, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records)
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Support managers with grievance, disciplinary and performance management cases
  • Support recruitment activities
  • Monitor absence recording, reports and carry out return to work meetings
  • Help administer performance reviews, and training schedules
  • Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related correspondence and documentation
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Support ad hoc HR and payroll projects as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • CIPD Level 3 preferred but not essential
