Have you built your HR career within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similarly high‑volume operational setting, where no two days are the same?

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role, providing hands‑on HR support, developing colleagues, and driving site‑wide engagement initiatives?

MacGregor Black are delighted to be partnering with a Logistics and Manufacturing business in their search for a HR Advisor . This is a permanent, on‑site role based in the West Midlands .

We’re seeking a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys being close to the operation. You’ll work as part of an experienced HR team, supporting a large manufacturing site and ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality people practices.
