The Mercian Trust in Walsall is seeking a HR Advisor to provide proactive HR advice across schools and central teams, covering performance, conduct, capability, attendance, TUPE, and workforce planning.
The successful candidate will support leaders with HR policy implementation, lead investigations, and assist in recruitment and leaver processes while maintaining strong working relationships with managers and staff.
Job Title:HR Advisor
Location:Hybrid - The Rock Centre, Walsall with hybrid working at other Trust offices, schools and home working to suit the needs of the Trust and ensure effective and efficient delivery of a centralised HR Service.
