A well-respected manufacturing business in Ripley seeks an HR Advisor to support managers and employees on HR matters. The role ensures compliance with employment law and contributes to various HR initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess solid knowledge of UK employment law and have experience in handling employee relations, filled by a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Main duties include managing ER cases, coaching managers, and maintaining HR systems.

Reporting to the HR Business partner you will be joining a well-established HR team and play a key part in the commercial and cultural journey the business is on. Based on site in Ripley you will also be required to travel to other sites in the Derbyshire area.
This role is paying £35k - £40k dependant on experience.
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Full time, permanent, Flexibility is required to cover the night shift operation. There may also be occasional travel to Coventry when required.
As an HR Advisor, you will serve as a main point of contact for all HR-related matters, offering guidance and support to both managers and employees, apply and uphold HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and contributing to employee relations and people-focused initiatives.
