Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees across a designated business area, advising on a wide range of HR matters.
• Coach and support managers on performance, absence, employee relations, and engagement, and play a key role in cyclical processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and performance management.
• Get involved in strategic projects and transformation work alongside HR Business Partners, helping to shape the future of the HR function.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role within a professional services environment (essential).
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business with a collaborative mindset.
