Overview

Fantastic opportunity available to join a busy HR team within a highly established professional services provider where you will take responsibility for providing an efficient, responsive, high-quality HR advisory service to partners, line managers and employees in designated jurisdictions and practice groups within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for staff on all HR matters, advising employees and managers of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support on significant annual HR processes and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Continually look for process improvements and suggestions that can drive efficiency.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Confident, organized; able to make decisions quickly and handle difficult conversations.
  • Able to work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and collaborate with employees at all levels across multiple jurisdictions.
