A leading healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate HR Advisor to support employee relations within their dedicated HR team. The role will involve providing advice on ER cases, improving HR processes, and working in a hybrid model. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR advisory roles and be comfortable managing multiple priorities. Location- Stockport, Greater Manchester (12 month FTC to cover maternity leave)
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £33,000 up to £35,000 per annum DOE
Hybrid working (3 days office/2 remotely).

We are now recruiting for a professional, confident, and solution-focused HR Advisor to join our dedicated HR team at Cambian, part of the CareTech Group. This role will support our Education Division and can be based at either our Head Office in Uxbridge or our North West Regional Office in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about employee relations and HR best practice, who is ready to make a real difference in a high-impact, fast-paced role.
In this role, you'll become a key player in our HR function-providing impartial, balanced advice and guidance to managers at all levels. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you'll manage a varied ER caseload and support the continuous improvement of HR processes across the region.
