Job summary

A well-established manufacturing group in the UK is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to ensure the maintenance of HR systems and support engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR advisory roles, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification is preferred. This site-based role requires a driving license due to limited public transport access.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory or assistant role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or food sectors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Maintaining HR systems with accurate information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR systems and ensure information is up to date.
  • Coordinate engagement activities on site with external partners.
  • Advise managers on coaching and mentoring opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies aligned with business strategy.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
  • Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised event and working with external partners
  • Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
  • Assist with the implementation of Group HR policy and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience gained with a HR advisor / assistant position ideally within the logistics, manufacturing or food sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification

This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
