A leading logistics firm is seeking a full-time HR Advisor for their site in Swindon. You will provide HR support, lead employee relations initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment law while fostering a positive workplace culture. Here at GXO, we’re looking for a full-time, permanent HR Advisor to join us on our TGJones contract in Swindon. You’ll be the on-site HR lead, supporting around 200 colleagues across warehouse and transport functions. From employee relations to engagement initiatives, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, working closely with managers, union reps, and central teams to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 9am and 5pm (we’re happy to flex start and finish times to suit you).
You’ll be paid a salary of between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
