Description
  • Employee Relations & Compliance - Manage low-moderate ER cases in line with policy and UK Law
  • Recruitment & Onboarding - Co-ordinate end to end recruitment inc, advertising, screening, ref, onboarding
  • HRIS & Data Quality - Maintain all starter / leaver / absence, provide metrics and run audits
  • HR Admin & Payroll - Process monthly HR changes for payroll cut off
  • Training Co-Ordination - Support with training needs analysis, and co-ordination of delivery
  • Policy - Support with policy roll outs and maintain documents
  • Engagement & Co-Ordination - co-ordinate activities, surveys and follow upProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have
  • Previous experience in a similar Human Resources role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • CIPD Level 3
