HR Advisor - Woodlands Hospital Kettering NN16 and Glendon Wood Hospital Kettering NN14 Full Time – 37.5 hours per week. On Site – 3 days at Woodlands and 1 day at Glendon Wood – hybrid role with flexibility of remote working 1 day per week. Driver with own vehicle beneficial due to dual site. We are looking for people wishing to develop their HR career within a progressive, customer focused environment. You will be part of our Corporate People Team providing a first class front line HR Advisory service. You will be an advocate to the business ensuring that our employee experience is second to none.

Responsibilities
  • Act as first line support for general HR queries, including Employee Relations and Payroll, providing timely and accurate advice in line with Ramsay HR policy, legislation and guidance from subject matter experts.
  • Work within our Workday and Rostering systems to ensure employee details are maintained and employees are paid correctly – full training will be provided.
  • Ensure that all employee compliance checks are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the induction process and ensure that new starters have an excellent experience.
  • Attend formal Employee Relations meetings as company witness and note taker.
  • Maintain sickness records and manage the sickness absence process.
  • Use HRIS effectively – confidence and experience ideal, full training will be provided.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Demonstrate strong digital literacy/IT skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or HR Advisor capacity – CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
