What will the HR Advisor role involve?
  • Providing guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling of issues such as sickness, maternity, paternity, and flexible working requests
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including onboarding and new starter surveys, with insight into trends and improvements
  • Assisting in managing performance reviews and probationary assessments, supporting managers and addressing any issues proactively
  • Conducting exit interviews to gather insights and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and assisting in the review and development of policies aligned with employment law and organisational values
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
  • Proven experience in a HR role, with relevant employment law knowledge and employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Good organisational skills, methodical in approach, with high attention to confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data management, with excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and MS Office
