A growing client in the HR sector is seeking a Permanent HR Advisor to join their values-led team. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and promoting wellbeing. The position offers a salary of up to £46,000 per annum, with an enhanced pension and competitive benefits. This is a fully office-based role on the outskirts of Bath, requiring occasional travel to other sites.

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for supporting people and driving positive change? We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing client who are looking for a Permanent HR Advisor to join their small, values-led team, where your expertise will directly contribute to organisational success and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including grievances, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and templates in line with current legislation.
  • Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
  • Promote health, wellbeing, and attendance initiatives across the organisation.
  • Deliver training and advice to staff and leadership teams on best HR practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection in all HR activities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience advising on employment law, employee relations, and HR policy.
