What you’ll be doing

You’ll be right at the heart of our People & Culture team, making a real difference every day. Your role will involve:



  • Partnering with leaders to provide hands‑on support and guidance on people matters-from performance and capability to wellbeing and engagement.

  • Managing employee relations casework with confidence and care, including investigations, conciliations, and tribunal claims.

  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies, while keeping a pragmatic, people‑first approach.

  • Creating helpful resources like manager guides, templates, and process maps to support consistent and engaging people practices.

  • Tracking and analysing casework trends to spot opportunities for improvement and reduce risk.

  • Supporting policy updates and helping embed changes across the business.

  • Acting as a go‑to expert for the People & Culture Coordinator and wider team.

  • Building strong relationships across the business to drive collaboration and trust.

  • Staying ahead of the curve with the latest in employment law and HR best practice.

  • Championing our values by promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and colleague voice in everything you do.
