A leading kitchen specialist in the UK is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support their Supply Chain team. This role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with laws, and creating resources for effective people practices. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience and a strong background in handling employee relations cases. The position offers a salary of up to £32,000 per year and hybrid working options.
