Job summary

Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 15-month maternity cover at our Newport Pagnell office. The role provides trusted, practical HR support across a group of nurseries, acting as case manager for employee relations and advising managers on a broad HR remit.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders, handle a varied caseload, and contribute to policy development, training and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing employee relations advice and case management.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• A CIPD qualification or HR degree.
• The confidence and credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels.
