A leading financial services provider in Manchester is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support employee relations and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and proven experience in HR advisory roles. Responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and producing HR reports to support business decisions. We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people and business objectives. As our HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with the Head of People and wider HR team to provide high‑quality, first‑line HR advice and guidance on a wide range of employment matters. You’ll be the go‑to person for employee relations queries, ensuring all matters are managed fairly, efficiently, and in line with policy and legislation.
Hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday
