The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on HR experience and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Strong coaching, leadership skills, and a valid driving licence are essential. This position is fully office based.

This is a generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Polices and Procedures - and you will support across exciting projects. A varied and fast paced role. Ideally you will come from a manufacturing or retail background. You will be responsible for a large team.
