A leading healthcare provider is seeking an HR Advisor for its Woodlands and Glendon Wood Hospitals. This on-site role involves supporting HR queries, handling employee compliance checks, and enhancing new starters' experiences. The ideal candidate holds a CIPD Level 3 or equivalent and has experience in HR coordination. Benefits include 25 days leave, private pension matching, and private medical cover.
HR Advisor - Woodlands Hospital Kettering NN16 and Glendon Wood Hospital Kettering NN14 Full Time – 37.5 hours per week. On Site – 3 days at Woodlands and 1 day at Glendon Wood – hybrid role with flexibility of remote working 1 day per week. Driver with own vehicle beneficial due to dual site. We are looking for people wishing to develop their HR career within a progressive, customer focused environment. You will be part of our Corporate People Team providing a first class front line HR Advisory service. You will be an advocate to the business ensuring that our employee experience is second to none.
