HR Advisor - (Employee Relations Focus)

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a background in unionised environments? We're hiring an HR Advisor to support a number of operational sites across Greater London.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance etc)
  • Advising managers on HR policies and employment law
  • Supporting audits, restructures, and TUPE projects
  • Building relationships with managers and trade unions
  • Delivering training and contributing to HR projects
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2+ years of ER experience, able to manage cases end-to-end
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unionised environment
  • CIPD qualification

Our client offers a great benefits package along with a possible hybrid working available after induction, (1–2 days / week from home). This is a customer facing role
