Salary: Equivalent to £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday Full Time or Part Time applicants considered

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a short-term opportunity to make an impact? Our dynamic tech business in West Hull is seeking an HR Advisor to join the team for 2-3 months, providing essential support during a busy period of projects and holiday cover.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Employee Relations Support: Advise and guide managers through disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and performance management.
  • Absence Management: Conduct back-to-work interviews and support managers with sickness and attendance issues.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently and in line with employment legislation.
  • Project Support: Assist with ongoing HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • General HR Administration: Maintain accurate records and provide timely HR documentation.
