A leading food manufacturer in West Yorkshire is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide guidance and coaching throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in food manufacturing, and possess strong communication skills. A valid driving license is required since the role is based across two sites. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of up to £38,000.

Due to continued business growth and success, they are now seeking to appoint a hardworking, positive, and enquiring individual — someone who will challenge the norm and drive continuous improvement while supporting their people‑first culture.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide HR guidance, support, and coaching to Supervisors and Managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle — from attraction and recruitment through to development and exit.
You will support Managers with a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations (disciplinaries, absence, grievances), employee engagement, and performance management. You will also contribute to the HR strategy to attract, engage, and develop the best people to support the business, while driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a food manufacturing environment. You will be flexible, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
CIPD Level 5 is desirable, however candidates with CIPD Level 3 and 3+ years' experience in HR will also be considered. As the role is based across two sites, a valid driving licence is essential.
