A leading care provider in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support services across the Central and NorthWest regions. This hybrid role involves providing HR advice to managers, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of HR experience and a CIPD level 5 qualification. This position requires travel and may involve overnight stays.
As a HR Advisor you will be working closely alongside other members of the HR Team on a range of day-to-day general HR issues and HR related projects. Key activities will include:
We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated, conscientious, proactive, with the ability to work with integrity. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a busy HR Department in a similar role and a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent. An understanding of HR processes and an up to date, working knowledge of current UK employment law is also required. Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector is desired but not essential.
You must have a car available for business use and be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.

This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to the services you support and some home working. You will have use of a desk and office facilities at one of our local services. Our current services in the region are Stoke on Trent, Coventry, Tamworth, Burton, Shrewsbury and Worcester.
