Our client is a well-established organisation based in Exeter, known for delivering outstanding service and fostering a supportive, people-focused culture. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The Role:

As the Human Resources Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert Employee Relations (ER) advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation. You’ll support a wide range of HR activities, ensuring all matters are managed efficiently and in line with company policy and employment law. Working closely with the HR Manager and HR & Payroll Administrator, you’ll help maintain a seamless and professional HR service that supports organisational success.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Advisor:
