The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, and possess significant HR experience. We provide high-quality, commercial HR advice and support to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate complex HR issues with ease. We offer a full HR service offering with a main focus on employee relations issues (disciplines, grievances, redundancies), performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
The HR Advisor is the first point of contact for HR Dept clients. You will be responsible for providing high quality and commercial HR advice and support to clients and navigating through HR processes to provide solutions to people problems. You will also be responsible for undertaking client project work as required.
Our people are exceptional HR & Recruitment professionals, with expert employment law knowledge. They also demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and an understanding of how HR fits with our client's commercial needs.
Please note: This role is office based in Swindon, with occasional travel to London.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
