We are looking for a confident HR Advisor with solid employee relations experience, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a calm, solution-focused approach to challenges. You’ll be approachable yet assertive, able to manage sensitive cases with care while making sound commercial decisions and confidently advising managers at all levels. This is a newly created role within a supportive and friendly HR team, working alongside HR Admins, Advisors, and Business Partners. You’ll handle a variety of ER matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and occasional safeguarding cases, in an environment where teamwork and professionalism go hand in hand.
Salary: £35,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time role (4-day working week considered)
Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid)
