A leading technology company in the UK is looking for an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive support across the HR function. This role includes managing employee lifecycle processes, drafting HR policies, and participating in internal projects. The ideal candidate has CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience and a solid HR foundation with at least 3 years in a commercial setting. PURPOSE OF JOB:
The HR Advisor role serves as a central point of contact for employees and managers, providing both administrative and advisory support across the HR function. It encompasses responsibilities throughout the employee lifecycle, including offboarding, policy development, dispute resolution, and HRIS management. The role offers opportunities to lead internal projects, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and develop expertise in HR systems and reporting.
