A well-established manufacturing business in the UK seeks a proactive HR Advisor to manage HR systems, support engagement activities, and advise managers on development opportunities. Candidates must have experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG, and possess a CIPD qualification. This role is site-based, necessitating a valid driving license due to public transport inaccessibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the manufacturing/logistics or FMCG sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a site-based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
