Job summary

A leading educational trust in the UK is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive HR services across multiple academies. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills, along with a solid administrative background. You'll support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and various HR projects, working 37 hours a week with lucrative holiday entitlements.

Working with the rest of the team you will provide a comprehensive HR advisory/administration service across multiple academies in the trust, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Areas of responsibility, across multiple academies will include –

  • Managing the monthly payroll process
  • Maintaining the HR database
  • Providing advice on a wide range of HR issues
  • Assisting with any other HR project work as required

This is a full‑time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday (rising to 31) and 8 bank holidays per year.
