HR Administrator

  • Location: County Durham (This is a site-based role)
  • Salary: up to 25-30k
  • Reporting to: HR Business Partner
  • Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient, professional first-line HR administration and systems support to the site HR team and managers.
  • Own the accuracy of HR data (SAP SuccessFactors/Kronos), coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation, administer holidays/absence, and support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
  • Act as a helpful first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring compliant Right-to-Work checks, GDPR-aligned record-keeping and audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment.
