A leading global communications agency based in London is seeking an HR professional to support employee relations and maintain compliance with UK employment law. Qualifications

This role will be based in the PURPLE/Together Group offices four days a week with one day working at home and will report into the Together Group HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, providing accurate advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintaining all employee information/updates with 100% accuracy to feed into monthly payroll
  • Support and coach managers on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and absence management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure HR policies reflect current legislation.
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that reflect the agency’s values and creative culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support HR reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the review and improvement of HR processes and systems.
Skills and Experience
  • 3 years’ experience plus in a similar HR role, ideally within a creative, media, or PR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law (or relevant local legislation).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — approachable, empathetic, and professional.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
