  • Administer recruitment activities.

  • Support managers through employee relations matters.
  • Update and maintain the HR system.
  • Prepare reports on a range of employee data.
  • Conduct exit interviews for employees leaving.
  • Lead on monitoring and maintaining sickness absence records.
Job description

HR Advisor urgently required - paying £19.23 per hour, equivalent of £35 000. This role is mainly remote - only one office day per week, the rest is remote working. Their office is near Elephant & Castle. Please note this role is an initial 6 weeks temping and will then transition into a Fixed term maternity cover contract.

The HR Advisor will lead on 'Employee Relations'. With a focus on absence management and disciplinaries.
