A leading Property Firm in London is seeking an HR Advisor to support a six-month contract during a period of transformation. The ideal candidate will have proven HR advisory experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to advise line managers on HR matters. This role requires immediate availability and the capacity to handle HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading Property Firm based in the City, looking for a HR Advisor to support on an initial 6 month contract due to a period of transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and fast paced environment. They are people centric and have a strong commitment to diversity, inclusivity and belonging.

You must be available on a short notice period, two week notice at most.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, practical advice and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Manage and coordinate visa and immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the business through organisational change, ensuring HR best practices are embedded and communicated effectively.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, onboarding, and general HR administration.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure proactive and solutions-focused HR support.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role, within Professional Services.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Demonstrated experience advising line managers on employee relations and general HR matters.
  • Experience managing visa applications and right-to-work compliance.
  • Confident, pragmatic, and able to work independently in a busy environment.
  • Available immediately and able to commit to a 6-month contract.
