Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

The firm

Our client is a top-tier international law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence in complex legal matters. With offices across major global financial centres, the firm advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and governments on high-value transactions and disputes.

The role

In your new role as an HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for many operational HR matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing new joiner processes.
  • Assisting with immigration matters.
  • Advising on and managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, performance management and grievances.
  • Assisting with the management of parental leave.
  • Managing flexible working requests in line with policy and business needs.
  • Ad hoc project work as required.
What do you need?
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role at an international law firm.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, influencing and advisory skills.
  • Strong knowledge of current employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong IT skills. Workday experience is desirable.
