The Opportunity

Tiger HR is excited to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing international media production company in their search for a talented HR Advisor. With ambitious growth plans, expanding headcount to 300–400 employees, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while carving out a clear path towards an HR Manager role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations independently, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing practical and timely advice.
  • Support the development and maintenance of company policies and the employee handbook.
  • Help implement and refine HR systems and processes to drive efficiency.
  • Deliver HR reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Support annual performance reviews and salary review processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify feedback trends.
  • Partner with managers on training and organisational development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR administration and documentation remain fully compliant.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience within the UK, with strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Experienced in supporting with ER matters with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Confident with HR systems and process implementation.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and committed to excellence.
  • Ambitious, with the drive to step into a future leadership role within HR.
