Job description

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated HR team as a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor. Based in Cheltenham and reporting directly to our HR Director, you'll be part of a dynamic team of 13 professionals, supporting over 1000 employees across 6 schools and 9 nurseries in England and Wales.

As our HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and leading key strategic HR projects. Your role will be vital in shaping a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
