A reputable HR consultancy in Canterbury seeks an experienced HR Advisor to manage HR operations, employee relations, and payroll oversight. This role offers a panoramic view across the employee lifecycle in a small but impactful function. The ideal candidate should hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have a strong grasp of employment legislation. You will support manager training, assist in compliance and HR metrics generation, and coordinate essential payroll processes. Flexible work arrangements may be available.

Location: East Kent / Office-Based
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time, or Part-time (School hours or 3 or 4 days a week could be considered)
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 DOE
