You’ll act as the first point of contact for managers and employees across a designated business area, advising on a wide range of HR matters. You’ll coach and support managers on performance, absence, employee relations, and engagement, and play a key role in cyclical processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and performance management. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in strategic projects and transformation work alongside HR Business Partners, helping to shape the future of the HR function.
