A leading global organisation is seeking an HR Advisor to provide first-line support and guidance to managers across the organisation in Birmingham. You will manage employee relations cases and support senior stakeholders, with a focus on developing your expertise in a supportive team environment. Qualifications

A leading global organisation is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to provide first-line HR support and expert guidance to managers and employees across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly, busy environment where you will manage a variety of people-related matters and employee relations cases from start to resolution. You will need to have experience supporting senior stakeholders and working with the brilliant HR team to support on an advisory level and assist with HR projects.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and coach managers on HR issues including performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary, and probation matters.
  • Manage a caseload of employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and legally sound outcomes.
  • Draft documentation such as letters and meeting notes, and contribute to workshops and manager training.
  • Analyse HR data and trends to support policy improvements.
  • Stay informed on employment law and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support on an ad hoc basis on various HR projects.
Requirements

This is a great opportunity in Birmingham; you will be in the office 2/3 days a week and the role duration is 12 months.
