A large HR consultancy is seeking an all-rounder HR professional for a fixed-term contract in Benfleet. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality HR advice, support recruitment processes, and manage HR inquiries. The position offers hybrid working, with occasional site travel, and requires a CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of employee relations and organizational skills, alongside a high attention to detail. Salary is circa £28,000 with benefits including 25 days holiday and bank holidays.
We are looking for an all rounder HR professional to join a large organisation on a fixed term contract for around 1 year. You will work within a collaborative team to deliver high quality advice and administrative HR support.
You will be based mainly from their Benfleet branch, but occasional travel to another site will also be needed so own transport and flexibility is essential.
