Job description

We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Basingstoke on a temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) casework to provide expert advice and support across the business.

You'll report to the Employee Relations Specialist and play a key role in enabling managers to effectively handle a wide range of people matters.

Location: Basingstoke - Sovereign House, RG21 4FA
Contract: 2 months initially (with potential to extend)
Hours: 37 per week
Rate: £20.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities
