Overview

I am currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor for a firm near Attleborough. This is a lovely role where you will be a pivotal part of the team; you will advise and guide managers with recruitment, ER issues and performance management. This is a hands on role where you can make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support and guidance to managers and colleagues.
• Support employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
• Coach line managers to manage HR issues confidently and effectively.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate colleague records and company policies and provide support with HR administration.
• Drive colleague engagement initiatives and support retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, company policy, and HR best practices.
• Contribute to workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Holiday and sickness cover for Payroll.
