Are you looking for an opportunity to develop a career in HR? Join our HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations Team at the University as an HR Adviser and play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service. This is an exciting opportunity to work both independently and within a supportive team of HR Managers and Advisers, contributing directly to the University’s success and continuous improvement.

This is a fast‑paced role and you’ll deliver HR support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, working closely alongside colleagues to support University managers and staff, developing the skills needed to manage risk and contribute to initiatives that enhance the University’s performance through HR policy and practice. The role requires you to be flexible, decisive and results focused. You should have a strong interest in developing your knowledge of employment legislation and best practice. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn how to apply HR expertise effectively within a complex work environment.
