A leading recruitment agency in Rotherham is seeking a part-time HR Adviser to support the leadership team. This role involves providing practical HR advice, managing employee relations, and improving HR processes. Ideal candidates will have significant hands-on HR experience and excellent people skills. Flexible working hours are offered along with the opportunity to shape HR practice within a supportive environment.
Location: Rotherham (S65)
Salary: £40,000 FTE (pro rata, open to discussion for strong experience)
Hours: Part-time - approx. 0.7 FTE (every morning essential, flexible pattern available)
Start Date: December or January (to allow handover flexibility)
Our client is an independent specialist day college for young people aged 16-25 with complex special educational needs.
We're looking for an experienced HR Adviser to join their leadership team and help shape a supportive, positive environment for both staff and learners.
Directly reporting to the CEO, this is a hands‑on advisory role where you'll be the go‑to person for all HR matters guiding the senior management team and staff across the full employee lifecycle.
Hours - you will need to be on site M/F from 08:00 till 12:30 the rest is flexible.
