A local government authority in the United Kingdom is looking for an HR Advice and Support Lead to provide professional guidance and end-to-end support on employee relations and sickness absence policies. The ideal candidate will have a HR degree or CIPD level 5, excellent communication skills, and experience in advising within a customer-focused environment. As one of our team of HR Advice and Support Leads (employee relations) in our HR Operations team, you will provide professional advice, guidance and end to end case management support to managers on sickness absence and employee relations policy and procedure.
We’re looking for someone who is an excellent team player who is eager to learn, support others, share their knowledge and support the continuous development of the council’s HR Advice & Support (employee relations) service.

Our HR team is contractually based in Matlock, Derbyshire, but as part of our Ways of Working Policy we work on a hybrid basis. There'll be an opportunity to discuss working arrangements at interview.
