Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks an HR Administrator in Belfast to provide comprehensive support to the HR department. Key responsibilities include managing HR queries, driving the recruitment process, ensuring effective onboarding for new staff, and administering employee benefits. Candidates should have at least one year of HR experience, GCSEs in English and Maths, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A CIPD qualification is desirable. Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a busy Human Resources function.
  • GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Drive the recruitment process for new hires.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits including healthcare.
  • Oversee absence management and process leave.
  • Support employee relations handling disciplinary processes.
  • Deliver insightful HR reports and maintain HR systems.
  • Provide proactive HR administration and manage communications.
