Salary and Location

Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience.

Location: Warwick (Hybrid, 3 office days per week).

Who are you?

You might already have some experience in a busy admin role, or maybe you are just starting out with a keen interest in HR. Either way, you are organised, detail-driven, and bring energy to everything you do. You will be joining a collaborative, friendly team made up of three other HR Administrators, an HR apprentice and a Senior HR Analyst, reporting directly to the HR Operations Lead.

Here Is What We Are Looking For

• A natural team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Confident working with multiple systems, especially Excel, including working with raw data, VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, filters, and basic formulas to support reporting and data accuracy.
• SAP and SuccessFactors experience would be advantageous.
• Comfortable using case management systems such as ASK HR or similar platforms.
• Able to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, and always deliver with precision.
• Someone who treats confidential information with the utmost care and integrity.
• A strong communicator with a positive, proactive approach.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Preparing contracts and managing changes to employment terms.
• Inputting and maintaining HR data in SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Prepare and compile employee data reports, including metrics such as headcount, sickness absence, and turnover rates.
• Provide support to Managers and People & Culture Business Partners in using HR systems and generating reports.
• Helping employees and managers navigate our HR systems.
• Provide general HR advice and support through phone, email, and the ASK HR case management system.
• Managing sick notes and supporting the company car process.
• Deliver HR administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
